When trying to create an account and entering my phone number to register, it will identify my number as being from the UK instead of Canada. If someone had a similar problem and was able to fix it, please let me know how. Thank you.

Couldnt register...

Couldnt even register after I downloaded the app. Wouldnt accept my cell number... sub par.

Cant register

Its impossible to register and log in, cause after filling in the phone number field it just doesnt send you SMS with the code. This app simply doesnt let you register. It just doesnt work. Screw it. Programmers, wake up!!!!!

Not a member YET

I wrote out an entire review that didnt post, but Ill try again. 1) Ive been following the app for a while now and have always been interested. 2) Since then Ive met more and more people (or friends of people I know) who actually use the app and are extremely satisfied. 3) With Jetsmarter expanding constantly (seems like a new destination or option every other week in the past couple months) its coming off extremely attractive to more business professionals daily, like myself. 4) Once I have a review from a close friend or client - I think it only makes sense to pull the trigger myself. Flying that seems more convenient (literally the uber of the air) and actually bearable/enjoyable...I cant see why I wont become a member.

Very intuitive!

I love the app, it is very easy to navigate and work out exactly how it works. Everything from booking a LA to Sydney Charter to hopping on an Empty Leg from LAX to Denver are all within the realm of possibility with JetSmarter at your fingertips!! Only minor annoyance is the push notifications arent live so sometimes I will see an empty leg in the app but not get the notification for hours later, wish they were instant. Otherwise fantastic!

Innovative App

This app is so awesome and genius. They sort flights by shuttle and the exciting and ever changing deal zone. For the aviation geek and seasoned traveller, this app is must!

Competition at its Flyest

1. Old Versus New As a frequent flyer, I was initially intrigued by this mobile application when it started receiving buzz on Instagram sometime in the beginning of last year in my social circles. When I originally downloaded the app, it had a few kinks to work out which is understandable. I was unable to register through the app and the message that I sent directly to them was never reciprocated – the timestamp and date stamp were also incorrect on the messaging system in the welcome message. I thought to myself, maybe this is a scam. So, I decided to keep the app but wasnt sure if I was ready to take the leap yet. After waiting a few months, I finally reached out to JetSmarter on Instagram under a comment. The experience I received after that is something I will never forget. It turns out the new version of the app functioned much more properly. I was helped throughout the process to make sure I could download it and register with ease. Which brings me to number two. 2. Communication After directly commenting on Instagram, JetSmarter reached out to me immediately and I was soon connected in an email with a female primary representative and I even had a second male representative call me about my concerns and what steps to take to make sure that we could set ourselves up for success. The man I spoke to was very kind, and did not pressure me into buying anything that I did not want to at that time. He told me about the package deals that are not necessarily reflected on the actual mobile application but the different options that a person could have. I was very happy with my experience. And even though they dont have many flights out of my own city or opportunities for helicopters as often, I know that this is a growing company and one day there will be increased opportunities. At the same time I had a supposed "competitor" directly message me on Instagram after seeing my JetSmarter comment who then began to tell me the differences between the two companies. After bringing it to the attention of JetSmarter through email through the primary female representative, she was very tactful and gave a very collected, respectful response which I sincerely appreciated because of its transparency. 3. Finally As a graduate student and someone who travels the world for humanitarian activism, its nice to treat yourself if given the leisure and luxury to a private company such as this offering excellent customer service, unbeatable prices, and a well rounded experience of classy flying. I am excited to start my new journey with JetSmarter this spring 2017 when I finally pick a package that is individuated for my needs. I recommend downloading this mobile JetSmarter application without reservation.

Smarter everything!

Not currently a subscriber, but the app itself is very slick and stylish. All features currently accessible to me function correctly and I am excited to try this one day!

Unprofessional co.

Dont believe what JetSmarter tells you is what youll get in your paid membership. First of all to start with, they wont send you the gold plated membership card they proudly talk about. Thats totally fine as long as I get promised service and policies on my membership that I paid for. After you pay your membership fee, they change policies on you very often. Firstly, they wont give you complimentary helicopter ride anymore in Manhattan. They did for my first year, but from the second year they told me the heli transfers would be for extra charge if I want to take them or told to take a car transportation at my expense if I dont want to pay for heli transfer. Strangely, other members that I encountered with on Jet Smarter flights are not told the same story. Their heli rides stay free... I thought this wasnt cool. Secondly, those VIP events they also advertise in their sale pitch are not for all members. Some get invited, and others dont. For instance Jet Smarter invites out of state members to VIP events in CA, and some local CA members dont get invited, although those members paid for the same membership level. Thirdly, after I joined, I was told a new policy on luggage limitation in size, number, and weight. I had to buy a lighter suitcase to meet their new policy. Had I known I could take only one suitcase at low weight, I would have had a second thought joining them. I notice throughout my member experience with Jet Smarter that Jet Smarter gives unfair treatments, service and policies on different members. A professional company treats all customers equally and provides service as promised at sign up time. Not in Jet Smarters case unfortunately. I give a warning to those who are thinking about signing up with Jet Smarter based on what they hear theyll receive in their membership. Because after you pay, stories change.

My wife and I joined Jetsmarter this past year and love it! Incredible value and service for the investment. We highly recommend it.

The Vip service on some jets The quick support responses via app are 5 star The bad : Deals very often cancel Shuttles have mix jets from very good to the ones that really need overhaul and should not be servicing the routes We have had jets that smoke steam from air condition vents and slightly scare off passengers Wifi? - sometimes Ive noticed the airport hostess service offered in first months has dropped to minimum , there use to be champagne to greet us in miami and snacks all that is long gone .
