Weak flight choices

Unless you live in New York or Chicago this app blows. Zero flights out of Atlanta, pretty surprised...

Horrible Service, Regularly Canceled Flights

Their customer service ranges from horrendous to non-existent. The flight cancel rate is sky high (no pun). Yes I was a paying regular member. Ill be surprised if this company lasts another 6 mos. Stay away.

Annoying telemarketing calls

After downloading this app, I deleted it because they called me on my cell phone. Aggressive marketing techniques are annoying. No other app company makes these annoying phone calls

Phone spamming? No thanks.

I needed an account to view shuttle routes (nothing to Seattle) and that needed a phone number. The screen said it was for login verification and they would not spam. They called me the next day to try and drum up sales.

Incompetent, immature, and unprofessional support.

I purchased the membership for a total of $10,500. In the very first month of my membership they with no warning after spending that kind of money took away the first important thing that I joined for, whole Jets. I complained and was given nothing but lip service, rudeness, and disrespect. Moving forward they then took away another perk, which was very important to most members, complementary helicopter transfers. Again they took away that feature with no communication or warning. After complaining I and other members received the same treatment but some members were told that they would be grandfathered and other members were told that they would not. When I addressed this with my account specialist he once again told me untruths that I verified with other members. The next take away from the membership was complementary food in the near future would now be a surcharge of $150 per meal. When we complained again as well as other members did we were scorned and treated rudely and Im unprofessionally again. Then the next thing that was changed, was they now add surcharges on some of the complementary shuttle seats which are supposed to be free to members. We complained again of our dissatisfaction and we got the same treatment and even worse. Then they added shuttles to London that were supposed to be complementary and even though they advertise them as complementary, they are not. With all this myself and others were very upset. It wasnt as if we were complaining to be A bother, but has anyone from the outside can see with all the takeaways and changes with no communication or consideration for the people that purchased memberships for those perks, one can see that it is not unreasonable to be upset. Now is when it gets even more rude. When myself and others complained this time, our promised grandfathered yearly renewal price was taken away from us. And our accounts were terminated. After spending that kind of money and being one of the early pioneer members, not only is my heart broken but I am so upset that I was treated this way, as well as other members. This just happened within the last few days, and I will be adding to it more details and formal complaints. Why? Because I am on the right side here. And Ive never in my adult years, ever been treated so poorly by a company that I am a customer in. They have also threatened me about sharing my testimonial and honest truth. One more very important thing that perspective and current members need to know, this all happened to me because I joined a member chat room for Jetsmarter that has multiple employee Shills of Jetsmarter in there. So when I chatted to other members and mentioned all the perks that were taken from me as well as other members were complaining also there were employees of Jetsmarter, and also family members including spouses of management in the chat room posing as members and reporting back to the company. Therefore I was punished for having my real honest concerns. I cant imagine that Jetsmarter investors would condone this kind of unprofessional work ethic and disrespect and out right theft from myself and other members. More to come soon. If they had a problem with myself and others in a private chat room, a simple phone call would resolved the issue. I wouldve shut my mouth and took myself out of that chat room. Because outside of all that above I truly enjoyed the positive and beneficial parts of the membership. I even dislike having to write this and other reviews, as well as file formal complaints. But they left me with no other choice because of complete unprofessional and immature decisions with ignoring me and other members and sending us a blind message with no name stating that we lost our membership. Before they sent that I have over 10 apologies through email from support and was even awarded credits because of their dysfunction, and a

Coming from someone who has used the membership for a year I can give you a good insight on what to expect. My friend had a membership that we often used. I must say when it works out its a blast. Its a great way to fly private for cheap. The rest of the time its a pretty frustrating company to do business with. With that said about 50% of the time we reserved a JetDeal (empty leg) JetSmarter would screw something up. From overbooking the flight to other members, to not confirming we booked it the jet to the charter so it would leave without us or we would just never hear back from the JetSmarter concierge to confirm. They usually take days to respond back to you. Even after all that I saw a flight to SFO that I could have utilized so I thought what the heck Ill sign up for the access membership and utilize the JetDeals. They have ran so many promotions waiving initiation fees etc so I contacted them through the app and let them know I would sign up if they could waive the initiation. 4 days later, well after the SFO flight had departed, I get a response saying no they wouldnt run any promo. No alternative just a simple no. If you look online there are tons of promos theyre running and these guys could care less. In fact they were even condescending about the access membership stating "they dont even really market for it anymore because its so cheap". Youd have to wonder how there investors would feel.. After so many missteps on their end and the lackluster customer service I cant suggest anyone to work with them right now. When it works out 50% of the time its fun but the other half of the time its frustrating working with them and embarrassing showing up to an airport with your friends or family and being sent back home. I think their focus is on the JetShuttle and banking on the 10-20k memberships. Hope they figure it out could be a cool company.

Huge hassle

Have tried using this app multiple times and it has only worked out once. I got tired of things going wrong, not to mention all of the peasants who try to use this because theyve never ridden in a private jet before. All in all I decided to just buy my own jet because Im not poor.
