Constantly horrible service with app design stolen from competitor. Lack of creativity and service equal death sentence soon. Memberships are for people who supported Madoff.

They called 3 times in one day since I downloaded the app, I regret getting the app and providing my phone number. STOP CALLING!!!!!

Clean interface. Direct contact with a technician who answers all of my questions. I never leave testimonials but this service is really changing the game!

Disappointed. After getting he app, you need to give all sorts of personal info, including a phone number, just to check it out. And yes, they do call and annoy. They also want a payment method just to sign up, before you can see if its worth while. It did not offer any great service. Save yourself the trouble.

Dont update if you havent. The Deals section is now confusing and isnt in order of frequent locations and doesnt show current location at the top. The font for the type of plane is the same size now as the destination names which is annoying because you can clearly see what kind of plane it is in the oversize picture. Very disappointing for a "technology company" who doesnt own any planes.

As a service, I absolutely love what JetSmarter does and offers. I am extremely happy after a year of service. However, the recent app update is laughable. Did an undergraduate design this during freshmen year? Who the hell approved this update? Ive spoken with the company before about their app, and despite it being the most import part of the business, they dont seem to care at all about UI and usability. Garbage garbage garbage. Please put money towards designers and non-outsourced developers and less towards having one extra pretty girl standing around the FBO when youre boarding the jet.

Usually fly 1st class and have chartered before. This has been a new and fresh experience for my partner and me. Between NYC and FL so that route has been perfect for us. Already paid for itself the way we travel.

The application makes the booking procress so much easier. I am happy to see an expansion of private travel to the masses. My favorite part are the deals. There are some really cool places that you can potentially fly too.

I think that this app is very good in a few ways 1) the service is incredible and 2) if you need to fly somewhere is it cheap and affordable.

Ive taken two JetSmarter flights now. Incredible experience. From the simplicity of booking the app from the app to the first class experience of flying on private jets. A must download and a must join for 2017!

JetSmarter is by far the best private jet company in the world. The customer service is impeccable and they always go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. The app is very easy to navigate and book a flight to a great list of destinations. I am a client for life and highly recommend JetSmarter to everyone and trust me, you will love every second of it! 5 STARS!!!

Sure not everyone can afford a JetSmarter membership but this is by far the best app in the private jet space.

I joined with JS over 6mo ago and thought its a great way to travel - fancy to think about a private jet right? Well not really, the only thing you gain is that you skip TSA. Everything else is worse and let me tell you why. 1. The Users - Im an executive and privacy is my main concern, JS customers are like kids whove never taken a private jet and take photos of the whole experience, film the aircraft and the people inside, meaning youll end up in social media even though thats not what you want. They are loud, they drink, laugh and party on majority of the flights. 2. Comfort - yes its a private jet but forget about first class seats where you lay down for coast to coast flights. Youll be sitting on 90degree seat the whole time like in a economy class. 3. Jammed - they jam the coast to coast jets with people so the G4 is so full that stretching legs is impossible. 4. Luggage - when traveling in first class Ive never had an issue with it, 3-4 bags no problem. With JS you are limited to 1 bag, horrible. 5. Customer service - they are super nice till you join, they promote their gold customer card but after 6mo I havent received it. 6. Limited to points - you can not fully plan your trip as you can only book one coast to coast flight as the tokens are limited. Once you arrive in the other side of US youll find all the return tickets being sold out, meaning youll have to take commercial back. 7. Constant changes of rules and policies - theres an email once a week with new changes. I had to hire an assistant to keep me updated with the changes. 8. Their empty legs - well you can easily just call them "empty legs" as 90% of the time they cancel them few hours before the flight which makes travel arrangements a pain. People who can put up with this have no schedule and can cancel their meetings (if any) from left to right. I assume you have money to put down ($15k) when reading this so I recommend sticking with commercial first class as the treatment and comfort is way beyond what JS offers, its a company managed by a kid without any idea of an actual first class service. Flying with JS is a downgrade to economy-plus and I cant wait the day my membership ends.

Constant push notifications full of marketing BS and often containing flat out lies. They increased the price of this highly questionable service by 300% since launch.

- Many push that do not fit your profile - You need to be a member to have full access - Beautiful app but not very practical

I book charter jets and this application makes it very easy.
