Deals very often cancel
Shuttles have mix jets from very good to the ones that really need overhaul and should not be servicing the routes
We have had jets that smoke steam from air condition vents and slightly scare off passengers
Wifi? - sometimes

Ive noticed the airport hostess service offered in first months has dropped to minimum , there use to be champagne to greet us in miami and snacks all that is long gone .
